Charlie Grubb - President & CEO

As President & CEO of SE Logo, Charlie brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for building businesses, developing teams, and creating lasting customer relationships. A graduate of Western Carolina University, Charlie knew early in his career that entrepreneurship was the path he wanted to pursue, and today proudly considers himself a serial entrepreneur.

Charlie launched his first company, SE Sports & Entertainment, Inc., in 2004. The event management company has grown to produce and manage hundreds of events annually and has now been in business for more than 20 years. Recognizing an opportunity to better serve those clients, Charlie founded SE Logo in 2008, initially providing screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products.

Over the past 18 years, Charlie has led SE Logo through significant growth and expansion. In 2010, the company expanded its capabilities through an acquisition that added large-format printing, including vehicle wraps, signs, and banners. In 2015, SE Logo acquired a major competitor and relocated to its current facility near downtown Winston-Salem. Today, the company has grown into one of the Southeast’s leading providers of branded apparel, promotional products, signage, graphics, and vehicle wraps.

In addition to his businesses, Charlie is an active investor in residential and commercial real estate. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia with his wife, Shannon, and their daughters, Cassidy and Ashlyn.
