Charlie Grubb - President & CEO

As the President & CEO of SE Logo Wear, Charlie brings a lifelong passion for building and growing businesses. A graduate of Western Carolina University, he knew early on that entrepreneurship would be his career path—so much so that he proudly calls himself a serial entrepreneur.

In 2004, Charlie launched his first venture, SE Sports & Entertainment, Inc., an event management company that has successfully executed hundreds of events each year and recently celebrated 15 years in business. Seeing an opportunity to better serve his event clients, he founded SE Logo Wear in 2008, offering screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products.

Under Charlie’s leadership, SE Logo Wear has expanded through strategic acquisitions—first in 2010, adding large-format printing for vehicle wraps, signs, and banners, and again in 2016, acquiring a major competitor and moving into its current facility near downtown Winston-Salem. These steps have positioned SE Logo Wear as a leading provider of branded products in the Triad.

Beyond the business, Charlie is an active investor in both residential and commercial real estate. When he’s not working, you can usually find him at his vacation home on Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, enjoying time with his wife, Shannon, and their daughters, Cassidy and Ashlyn.
