The process begins with high-quality white polyester fabric. We print your custom design onto sublimation transfer paper using heat-activated dye. This paper is pressed to the fabric at temperatures over 380°F. As the dye turns to gas, it bonds with the material permanently. This ensures crisp, vibrant, and all-over prints that are part of the fabric, not just on the surface.
